Variantify is an application published by the company SMC, located at 109 rue Anatole France, 92300 Levallois-Perret, France. By using our service, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Use.

2. Intellectual Property

All content within the application — including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design — is the exclusive property of SMC. Any reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Use of the Application

Access to Variantify is reserved for users who are at least 18 years old and who comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Pricing and Usage Limits

Variantify offers both free and paid subscription plans:

Free Plan – Up to 3 active collections, split by any option (e.g., color), and custom variant titles.
Pro Plan – Up to 30 active collections, additional display options, and variant management features.
Advanced Plan – Unlimited active collections, advanced filtering, and theme compatibility setup.

All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days through Shopify. Usage limits depend on the selected plan and exceeding these limits may require upgrading to a higher plan.

6. Prohibited Use
